Jagadish Rao

Mr. Rao has twenty-six years of international management experience with IBM in Europe, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific, focusing on marketing, product management and business development.  Prior to his time with IBM, he worked in communications technology sales and business devleopment for the Tata Group and Brown Boveri.  Since 1993, as owner of EastWest Alliance, Inc., he has consulted in international marketing, market and business development for telecommunciations, networking, computer systems and advanced technology.  Recent engagements included working with TELESA (Telecommunications Services Association) in Japan in selecting merchants from the U.S. and Canada and in implementing an e-commerce pilot project for the 21 countries of APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Community). His current focus is on helping start-ups in e-commerce and other Web-based applications.
