Stephen G. Tom, ICF’s Director, Centers of Excellence, continues his support of Cape Cod’s SmarterCape broadband development efforts by moderating a session at the SmarterCape Summit May 14-15, 2012, at Sea Crest Resort in Falmouth, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. The Summit theme is “Moving from Talk to Action.” The May 14 session is entitled, Smarter Economy: Broadband & Economic Development and includes a presentation by Craig Settles, Host of Gigabit Nation and consultant to communities on broadband strategies. Stephen’s participation will include the sharing of community success stories about Building the Broadband Economy.
