Bridging the Broadband Gap: Coverage, Cost, Performance

Broadband is widely considered the new essential infrastructure, with immense economic and social benefit, just as previous generations considered the motorway and airport, the railroad and seaport.  Yet in very few nations is broadband evenly and equitably available.  Gaps in coverage and wide variation in pricing and performance disadvantage some regions, communities and neighbourhoods based on geographic, economic and social factors.  In this panel, experts describe how communities and organizations are bridging broadband gaps with sustainable business models.
