Tallinn Design Festival will celebrate its 11th edition next week, with the Estonian capital coming alive with an array of cultural hubs and design-based events.

Tourism Calgary used a pedal-powered kiosk this summer to bring tourists and locals free, mobile Wi-Fi.

Taipei, Sept. 9 (CNA) A long-delayed Taiwan cinema cultural park- aimed at promoting a revival of the once thriving local film industry -- got off the ground in New Taipei City's Xinzhuang District on Friday.
