Orange selects Bridge project as new French HQ in Issy-les-Moulineaux

Mobile phone giants Orange have signed a lease for the installation of a future headquarters at Altarea Cogedim and Crédit Agricole Assurances’ Pont d’Issy project in France.

The 603,000 sq ft Bridge project site in Issy-les-Moulineaux is made up of land owned by Benson Elliot and Crédit Agricole Assurances, and the latest deal is part of revised plans for the site which originally was intended to contain two skyscrapers.

It is located close to the Pont d’Issy, at the gateway to Paris, and will give a new entrance to the town of Issy-les-Moulineaux from 2020 with plans for an atrium which recreates an ‘interior city’, cantilevering, spectacular gardens and terraces with views of the Eiffel Tower.
