Global Cities Beyond Border is an international forum to explore, celebrate, and elevate the possibilities between smart cities, diversity, and women leaders inspiring change as a part of She Smart Taoyuan, an initiative containing a series of events and content for action-oriented conversations, public-private partnerships and urban policy design.
