Have been working in the digital economy for over 12 years in Australia and ahve specialised on creating award winning and game changing economic and digital economy strategies for local government authorities. Co-authored one of Australia's first Digital Economy Strategies (with webmastermind David Penfold). The mutli awarded strategy went on to transform the City of Prospect in Adelaide, South Australia. The City of Prospect is Adelaide's only local community with fibre to the every premise and its local economy is growing rapidly and attracting investment from those keen to have access to broadband services delievered over optical fibre.
